DataWave is a Nigerian data reselling platform that lets you buy instant data plans for MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile. DataWave is owned and operated by Orange Atelier Limited (RC 9394216), a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, with its registered office at No. 173, Fadaman Mada, Bauchi, Bauchi State, Nigeria. By accessing or using DataWave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DataWave. You must also have a valid Nigerian phone number. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both requirements.
Funds added to your DataWave wallet are non-refundable. The only exception is for failed orders — if a data purchase is placed and the data is not delivered to the recipient number, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
If a data delivery fails for any reason, DataWave will automatically reverse the charge back to your wallet balance. Refunds are processed to your wallet only — we do not refund to original payment methods. If you believe a refund was not applied correctly, contact support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on DataWave:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without a refund of wallet funds.
DataWave acts as an intermediary between you and the network operators (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile). We are not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by the network operators themselves. We will always attempt to resolve delivery failures on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee operator uptime or delivery timelines.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DataWave after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
